Refund policy

To request a return, contact us at Kohlisnook@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the approved return address after reviewing your request.

Approved returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by [customer / Kohli's Nook], except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
